The company is growing and needs people. Ready-made administrators are hard to find, so we train and watch the work in the support centre.
How it works
First — self-study materials (Linux: init, cron, RPM, YUM) and a test. Then — work in the IT service support centre.
- Training: you pick the topics and the pace
- Test: we check how you absorb the material
- First job: shifts, 24/7 monitoring (Nagios, Zabbix), small incidents, escalation to the second line
- Growth: your own support clients and a higher salary band
First-line duties
- Watch monitoring events, email and Telegram
- Answer simple client questions and diagnose websites by procedure
- Hand complex tasks to the responsible administrator
- Remote work is possible, as a main job or a side job
Who this is for
Mostly students or people looking for a first job. Self-learning, absorbing information, self-control and responsibility matter.
