Business DRP Plan
Business DRP Plan by ITFB is a complete IT service for businesses in Ukraine that need a stable, secure and manageable "Resilience" area without chaos in technical processes. We combine audit, implementation, support and practical recommendations so infrastructure supports sales, service and company growth.
Discuss a TaskWhat is Business DRP Plan and how does it work
Business DRP Plan prepares infrastructure for the failure of hardware, a network link or a whole data centre, so the business either keeps running or recovers within a known time. The foundation is not a particular technology but two numbers: how long a service may be unavailable and how much data may be lost. Those numbers decide the design — a hot standby server, database replication, distribution across sites, frequent snapshots, or classic copies shipped to separate storage. Rehearsed recovery is mandatory: copies are restored onto a test environment, the elapsed time is measured, and the runbook is corrected. Without that rehearsal the plan exists only on paper, and a real outage reveals that the archive is corrupted or that only a former contractor knows the password. ITFB delivers resilience with agreed recovery targets, a restore design, an on-call runbook and periodic drills on a schedule you approve.
About the Service
Business DRP Plan is needed when a business cannot afford losing a website, data, leads or internal services because of an outage, error or attack.
ITFB designs backup, disaster recovery, high availability and fast recovery scenarios for Ukrainian company infrastructure.
When to Request It
- backups exist, but real recovery has never been tested;
- a website or system is critical for sales, support or operations;
- an action plan is needed for outage, cyberattack, failed update or provider failure;
- the company wants to reduce RTO, RPO and dependence on one server or data center.
What Is Included
- audit of current backups, dependencies, critical services, recovery time and failure points;
- design of backup, replication, high availability or disaster recovery plan;
- automatic backup, restore checks, monitoring and alerting setup;
- documentation of DRP scenarios, responsible roles and regular checks.
What You Get
- the business understands how quickly critical services can be restored after an incident;
- backups become controlled, regular and tested;
- financial and reputational risks from downtime or data loss are reduced.
How We Work
- we define critical services, acceptable downtime and data loss;
- we check current backups and failure points;
- we configure redundancy, replication or DRP scenarios;
- we test recovery and document instructions for the team.
